Gasson Hall in summer

The Boston Area Climate in July and early August is hot, humid and subject to daily or even hourly changes in weather.Ìý Average temperatures range from mid 60s F to low 80s F (18C – 27C) and can reach as high as 100F (38C) on unusual days. Approximately 11 days in July may see rain, which may come in thunderstorms. Multiple weather patterns cross the United States and leave over New England, which leads to the frequent changes in Boston weather.

Boston is located at Latitude 42.3 North.Ìý Sunlight levels are therefore in the Temperate zone, but protective sunscreen is advised for people outdoors.
