Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (AVÑо¿ËùPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all AVÑо¿Ëù departments. The purpose of the AVÑо¿ËùPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the AVÑо¿Ëù postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of AVÑо¿Ëù

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the AVÑо¿Ëù community

To provide liaison between AVÑо¿Ëù postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The AVÑо¿ËùPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the AVÑо¿ËùPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
